OUR ACQUISITION PROCESS

  • Phase 1 - Discovery

    During the Discovery phase you will submit your business information (including financials) to our team. We will review the information and schedule a Discovery Call with you. During the Discovery Call we will make introductions and discuss your business. This is a fun and easy call focusing on what you want as the seller.

  • Phase 2 - Valuation

    During the Valuation phase we will work together to determine your business’s overall worth. We value businesses based on industry standard multiples of SDE (Seller's Discretionary Earnings) and EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization). Our valuation formula is: annual revenue + bankable profit + transferable value = fair market value for your business.

  • Phase 3 - Offer

    During the Offer phase we work towards a win/win solution. Once we have an understanding of your business and have come to an agreement around the value of your business, we are ready to make you an offer. If you accept our offer, we will enter into due-diligence with an agreed upon closing date.
